WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?


We ship our packages Monday through Friday. Exceptions would be any major US Holidays and weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Order to be packed, double checked and shipped.




WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?


All orders are Ground Shipped via UPS and can be expected to arrive within 1- 5 Business Days depending on where your package is being shipped to. Tracking is provided when your Order is fully packed in an Email along with a recap of what is included in your purchase.




THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHO DO I CONTACT?


Please email INFO@DREAMSNAILED.COM with any and all Order related questions. Please provide the name on the order, email and/or phone number as well as your Order Number. We will get back to you as soon as possible to address any concerns.




THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?


We do our very best to keep items in stock but unfortunately items will sell out quickly. If you would like to be updated on Restocks and New Products in stock and coming soon, we suggest signing up to receive Email Notifications.




DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?


Unfortunately at this time, we do not. We are proud to be able to ship across North America. I would highly suggest finding your Local Distributor to better assist you in your Product needs.




WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY


We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as they have been completely unused and unopened. Please Email RETURNS@DREAMSNAILED.COM to start a return request. After completing you will receive instructions on where and how to send your product(s) in. Upon receiving and reviewing the returned item(s) condition we will issue a full refund minus the shipping costs. Please note that all shipping expenses for returns are your responsibility.




WHAT AREAS ARE INCLUDED FOR LOCAL DELIVERY DROP OFF


I'm super happy to offer porch/front door drop off to zipcodes within a 10 mile radius of our location. Zipcodes included are 17408,17371,17401,17405,17404,17403,17364, 17360,17407,17318,17315,17402,17362,17342, 17311,17313,17345,17406,17301 When requesting a drop off I will do my best to put your package in an inconspicuous place to keep your gorgeous products safe and sound. If you would like delivery confirmation just shoot us an email at info@dreamsnailed.com with your order number and your pereferred method of contact for confirmation. If you have discussed with me prior for a scheduled meet up time to hand off your order, then please go ahead and choose this method of "shipping". We will schedule the exchange as soon as everything is packed and ready to go.
